Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

You can return or exchange leather within 30 days of the invoice date.

Leather must be uncut.

Original delivery fees are refunded only if returns are for defective leather or incorrect orders sent by Tannery Row.

We are not responsible for return freight costs.

Return fees will be deducted from the refund amount (unless the leather is defective or incorrect).

To Start A Return:

A member of our team will reach out to you with next steps upon receiving the email.

• After the initial email, we’ll send you a link with a few questions to get the return started

• We’ll send you a shipping label

Packing Your Leather:

Please take care to pack the leather that is being sent back to us.

Roll leather grain side OUT.

Please wrap in paper to protect the grain.

Ideally, please return the leather in the same box it came in.
